General Terms of Business (GTB)

I. Area of validity

1. The following sales conditions are valid for all contracts closed between the buyer and us over the supply of goods. They are valid also for all future business relations, even if they are not again expressly agreed upon. Deviating conditions of the buyer, which we do not expressly recognize, are noncommittal for us, even if we do not particulary contradict them. The following terms of sale are valid also then, when we execute the order of the buyer without any reservation in knowledge of opposing or deviating conditions of the buyer.

2. In contracts are all agreements, which between the buyer and us were made for the execution of the sales contracts, in writing.
